PLEASE NOTE : PATIENT MUST USE A DRAW CENTER LOCATED IN MD, DC & VA ONLY
How it works : After you have paid by phone, we will send you a request order form by email or regular mail, then you will call the draw site where you want to get your blood brawn to schedule an appointment. Please make sure that you take your order form with you to the draw site for them to know the tests that you have ordered. No additional fees will be required at draw site. This program is currently available in Maryland, District of Columbia and Northern Virginia & (part of West Virginia only. Quest Diagnostics is just draw sites and the processing lab. They are not responsible or connected with this program in any way. This program is provided by PreventFirst® Community Outreach, Inc.; a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those uninsured or under insured. Blood is drawn at any Quest Lab in MD, DC or VA near you. Social Security number is not required. Your personal identity is not compromised. Doctor's order is not required. Health insurance card is not needed. If you don't see tests that you need, please visit the STD page or contact us.
